A nerd in every sense, Charlie is this year's Language and Linguistics editor. She recently graduated in Modern Languages with Translation Studies, including a year spent in Paris, and is now working towards an MA in Translation Studies. She speaks French and has just started learning Japanese! In her spare time, she plays video games, watches movies, and spends plenty of time with her two gerbils.
